On September 21, 2024, the Wamiliki structure, in collaboration with Mtandao, organized a meaningful meeting with young promoters from Lubumbashi. This session, in which 43 young people participated, took place at Chez Sunil restaurant and was moderated by Mr. Paul MBIKAYI. The central discussion focused on personal aspirations and visions of change for the nation.

The main purpose of this meeting was to stimulate investments, weave a network of young people with converging ideas and promote personal development as a prelude to seeking financing and creating positive local dynamics.

The workshops enabled participants to explore their potential contributions and the resources needed to implement their projects. Among the emerging ideas are the proposal of a culinary training center for orphans, an awareness center to promote local talents and an emphasis on local production to reduce exports.

The interaction and involvement of the young people was remarkable and illustrated their interest and enthusiasm for the programme. A shared lunch added a friendly touch to the event and strengthened the bonds between the participants.
